He is survived by: his mother Lois Schuitema (Bannink); his pets, Lefty and Rocky; and his siblings, Beth, John LaPorta, Karen, Paul Shannon, Ryan (Mindy), Casey, Kyle (Lynsey) and Lori Bullock. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
