She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James Stevens; her parents, Gerrit Buwalda and Fanny Buwalda (Bos); her brothers, Watson Buwalda, Charles Buwalda and Philip (Marilyn Buwalda); her children, Chuck, Sharon Stevens (Hepworth), Kerry Stevens, Ruth Stevens and Steve Latus; her great grandchildren, Adam, Molly Stevens, Joshua and Heather Stevens; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Buwalda and Lois Stevens.
