He is survived by: his wife Frankie Sietsema (Oates); his daughters, Jessie Glass (Matt) and Erica Sietsema; his grandson Harrison Glass; his brother Keith; his aunt Ariea Bosman; his mother-in-law Martha Oates of Tucson, AZ; his siblings-in-law, Tom Oates (Karen), Monica Lumiere and Bridget Shangle (Tom); his nieces and nephews, Jerry (Mandy), Elizabeth (Collin), Nick (Jessica), Nicole (Brian), Joshua and Christopher; and his friends, Erik and Brooke Lee.
