He is survived by: his wife Catherine Carlson (Valela); his children, John Carlson (Jacki), Elaine Lancour, Ray Carlson (Wendy), Frank Carlson (Kelly), Dan Carlson (Kathleen), Steve Carlson (Nancy) and Ann Christesen (Dane); his grandchildren, Emily Carlson (Chris Hickey), David Lancour, Shaylee Anderson (Ray), Vincente Carlson (Bethany), Wyatt Carlson, Justin Hatch, Zach Carlson, Kelli Blade (Tony), Derek Carlson, Peter Carlson, Lonnie Hess (Morgan), Anthony Carlson (Fred Macatula), Rocco Carlson (Elizabeth Williams), Seth McClees (Joseph), Cheryl Carlson, Mary Carlson, Caleb and Nicholas Christesen; his great grandchildren, Sebastian Carlson, Rose Blade, Emmett, Isaiah Hess, Arthur and Juliet Anderson; and his brother Ross Carlson (Barbara) of Ishpeming. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
