He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Thill and Ethelyn Thill (Tallman); his daughter Melinda Thill; and his siblings, Jerry, Tony Thill and Theresa Thill.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Summerlee; his daughters, Keri Thill (Tyler Ross) of Marquette and Kristi Fraga of Iron Mountain; his goddaughter Colleen Thill of Gwinn; his grandson Mikko Lantto; his brothers, Wayne Thill (Deanna) of Stephenson, Dennis Thill (Linda) of California, Ron Thill (Ann) of Marquette Township and Ted Thill (Kathie) of Marquette; and his former wife Sue Magel of Marquette. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
