He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto E. Talus and Lucille H. Talus (Rock); his brother Dale Talus; his siblings-in-law, Barb Talus, Jimmy Linna, Sonya Linna and Bruce Sheldon; and his granddaughter Olivia LeMoine.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Talus (Linna); his children, Brian Talus (Mindey) of Marquette, Matthew Talus (Vanessa) of DePere, WI and Ashley Talus of Ishpeming; his grandchildren, Aubrey Talus (Andy Kopsi), Brett Talus, Josh Carlson, Brynlee Talus, Harper Talus and Estion LeMoine; his great grandchild Cayden Kopsi; his sister Suzanne Sheldon; and his siblings-in-law, Mark Linna (Tammi), Mary Jo Johnson (James) and Carol Linna. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
