She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Swanson and Margaret Swanson (Himinick); her husband Robert Barto; and her sisters, Phyllis and Caroline.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Marie Sturmer (Matt) of Negaunee and Roberta Mary Binz (Brian); her grandchildren, Rebecca Rose Bal (Joe) of Davenport, Iowa, Shelley Anne Binz of Marquette, Kaitlyn Lee Binz of Montreal Wisconsin and Brian Robert Patrick Binz Jr. of Montreal Wisconsin; her great grandchild Owen James Bal; and her pet Sputnik. She is also survived by her two daughters and all four grandchildren.
