It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen (Kapets) Eklund (Ironwood, Michigan), who passed away on January 6, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kapets and Lucille Kapets (Piasecki); her husband Richard; and her sister Patricia Boyer. She is survived by: her children, Kristen Gilbert (Eric Eklund) and Wis; her siblings, Dennis Kapets (Nancy) and Bonnie Minkin; and her niece Tiffany Averitt. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
