She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Waite and Emma Waite (LaPlante); her son William Baumgartner; and her siblings, Meade, John "Jack" Waite, Lefe Groll, Shirley Degroot, Luella Baumann, Mary Olson and Ina Webber.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Baumgartner (Mary) of Iron River and Nancy Baumgartner of New Berlin, WI; her daughter-in-law Chris Pierquet (Nick); her sister-in-law Bernice Waite of Iron River, MI; her grandchildren, Robby, Josh (Lauren), Beau (Nikki), Nick Baumgartner, Ida Foster (Todd), Barb Grossmann (Rick), Sandi Skoog (Mike), Dawn Denis (Rich), William (Jenny) and Jason Baumgartner (Terry); and her close friends, Darlene Bruno, Barb Gallagher, Drew Callas, Sharon Peterson, Tom Javoroski, Geoff and Debbie Sitkoski. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews.
