He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Hoffmann and Laura Hoffmann (Mastenbrook); and his siblings, Arthur Jr., Dorothy Uhlenberg, Beverly Hoffmann and Laureen Hoffmann.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Hoffmann; his children, Lance Hoffmann, Wade Hoffmann, Desiree Millan (Brody) and Armstrong Creek; his former wife Mary Dixon; his grandchildren, Austin Helm, Ella, Ruby Hoffmann, McKenna, Lilly and Savannah Hoffmann; and also, Shelly Kilgour (James), Scotland, Sherry Hoffmann (John Gaspardo), Rick Hoffmann (Jean) and Port of Washington. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
