Luella R. Mendini Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Luella R. Mendini of Iron Mountain, Michigan, born in Crystal Falls, Michigan, who passed away on October 3, 2021 at the age of 100. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Luella R. Mendini to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Binger Gustaf and Anna Lindholm (Zoll); her spouse Camillo Mendini; her sons, Daniel and Allen; her daughters-in-law, Judy and Joyce Mendini; and her siblings, Edwin, Bernard, Harold Lindholm, Beatrice Edwards and Lucille Meinecke.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce Mendini (Jackie) of Albany, NY, Diane Lindberg (Dave) of Florence, Ted Mendini (Sandy) of Iron Mountain, Christine Hamlin (Mike) of Norway, Mark Mendini of Iron Mountain, Martha Trepanier (Jerry) of Iron Mountain, Kelly Mendini (Sandi) of Sheboygan, WI and Bernadine Thacker (Sam) of Kingston, WA; and her daughters-in-law, Penny Mendini and Melanie Mendini. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Backpack Ministry at First Lutheran Church.
