He is survived by: his wife Dixie Lee Carlson; his daughter Vicki Morstad (Boyd); his grandchildren, Christopher Betters, Amanda Betters (Jason Bowen), Anthony Betters (Allison), Stephen Betters (Morgan Bauer), Phillip Morstad (Emily Allen) and Rebecca Morstad (Chase Opolka); and his great grandchild Allison Bowen.
