With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fred B. Mortel (Iron Mountain, Michigan), who passed away on June 13, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Mortl and Sue Mortl (Benko) of Iron Mountain; and his sister Jean LaBelle. He is survived by: his wife Lana; his children, Annette Wagner (Kraig Walter) of Iron Mountain, Jennifer Livingston (Russ) of DeTour Village and Fred Mortel (Johanna) of Green Bay, Wis.; his grandchildren, Chase Livingston (Deanna), Devin Livingston (Caitlin), Cameron Livingston and Kelsey Wagner; his great grandchild Ahri Livingston; and his siblings, Phylis Williams (Chuck) of Norway, Mary Ann Anderson (Peter Behnke) of Green Bay, Judy Bouffiou (Don) of Franksville, Bob Mortel (Monica) of Escanaba and Richard Mortl (Jan) of Escanaba. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
