He is survived by: his parents, Diane Moore and Patrick Hayes; his son Levi Hayes; his siblings, Chad Hayes, Bobby Hayes (Tina), BeJae Moore (Lindsey Whiting) and Robin Moore (Gary Lochstein); his stepsiblings, Terri Moore and Dion Moore; and his nieces and nephews, Kiaya, Corey Moore and Cody Ellis. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
