We are sad to announce that on May 11, 2023, at the age of 91, Anita J. Ruohomaki of Iron Mountain, Michigan, born in Painesville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Malkamaki and Anna Malkamaki (Wakkila); her husband Rev. Wilbert Ruohomaki; her children, David, Daniel and Danelle Jones; and her brothers, Laurie and Arnold Malkamaki.
She is survived by: her sons, Dean of Iron Mountain and Daryl of Iron Mountain; her brother Robert Malkamaki; her grandchildren, Dayna Lacosse (Gabe), Deidra, Derrick and Jeffrey Ruohomaki; and her great grandchildren, Nora and Clara Lacosse. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
