He was predeceased by: his parents, William Possehn and Bertha Possehn (Schroeder). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Torrey; his daughters, Diane Kneale (Kenneth), Linda Kawulia (Bradley Sr.) and Teri Bardon; his grandchildren, Kristin Kneale, Kyle Kneale, Tyler Bardon (Lilly), Bradley Jr. Kawulia, Austin Bardon (Corinne) and Joshua Bardon (Praise); and his siblings-in-law, Norman Torrey (Sue) and Katie Possehn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephew.

Donations in Ray's name can be given to St. John Lutheran Church or Berlin-Orange Township Fire Department.
