She was predeceased by: her father Donald Burns; her sister-in-law Cindy Burns; and her pet White Foot. She is survived by: her mother Evalena Burns (Lindsey) of Ionia; her daughter Kearsten Hopkins of Carson City; her stepchildren, Belynda Hanchett of Ionia, Bryanna Hanchett of Saranac, Brenton Hanchett of Ionia, Bridgett Hanchett of New Jersey and Brittany Hanchett of Ionia; her brother Kevin Burns of Ionia; her half-sister Mickie Baker of Ionia; her niece Cammie Sue Grieves (Sheiltia Burns); and her friend Susan Banks.
