She was predeceased by: her parents, Jackie Cooper and Wreatha Cooper (Waldren). She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca Ockert (Jaime Garcia-Cati), Teresa Gomez (Adrian Mendez), Amber Ockert and Jennifer Garcia-Cati (Pablo Garcia-Cati); her grandchildren, Skyler Ockert, Valentine Garcia-Ockert, Jaime Garcia-Ockert, Phoenix Garcia-Ockert, Brandon Ockert (Sara Reyes), Joseluis Ibarra (Ashlie), Alejandro Ramirez-Ockert, Ricardo Martinez-Cruz, Adrian Gomez, Juan Gomez (Blaze Anez), Alejandra Ockert, Kayla Ockert, Lucio Hernandez-Cruz, Pablo Garcia-Cati, Angel Garcia-Cati and Javier Garcia-Cati; and her siblings, James Cooper, Scott Cooper and Lori Valasquez. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, cousins, friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Lake Funeral Home (3521 S State Rd, Ionia, MI 48846). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
