She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Hastings and Elizabeth Hastings (Fletcher); her fiancé LeeRoy R McNinch (Mac); her children, Thomas and Elizabeth; her brother Ernest Hastings; and her grandson-in-law Timothy Bos.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Heather Middleton (William), Holly Bos, Sally Kolarik (John), Fred McNinch (Rebecca), Meggan Stinson, Jakob Stinson (Samantha), Katie Clark (Matthew) and Michael Stinson (Katherine); her great grandchildren, Jared Middleton (Jenna Mysliwiec), Sarah Means (Samuel), Alex McNinch, Jakob Bos, Audinet, Parker Clark, Lewis, Edgar and Annabelle Stinson; and her great great grandchildren, Thomas and Warren Middleton.
Given Violet's love for animals, in lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorial contributions be made to AC Paw.
