He is survived by: his significant other Bonny Kerby; his children, Jennifer Nye, John Stinebaugh, Jr. and Jeffrey Stinebaugh; and his stepsons, Paul and Richard Schmuckal. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In memory of John, memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
