She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Clapham and Muriel Clapham (Holst); her husband Henry "Hank" Witzke; her grandson Steven; and her brothers, William and Thomas Clapham.
She is survived by: her sons, William (Jackie), Gary (Autumn), Dan (Peggy) and Ron; her grandchildren, Scott, Danny, Amy, Jason and Kerri; and her great grandchildren, Tamika of Robert, JT, Brooke, Katelyn, Tamara, Justin and Christian. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
