He is survived by: his wife Lois Meekhoff (Kramer); his children, Doug, Kristi Meekhoff, Evan (Elia), James, Benjamin, Daniel, Geoffrey, Katherine Meekhoff, Madison Niederer (Hunter), Maxwell (Mackenzie Blomberg), Margaret, Jennifer and Eric Bakhuyzen; his siblings, Dorothy VandenHeuvel and Daniel Meekhoff (Marjorie); and his siblings-in-law, Beatrice Bennink (Gregory), Paul Kramer and Roger Kramer (Tammy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
