He is survived by: his wife Sally A. Marry; his sons, Rick Milligan (Carolyn) of Hillsdale, Tabb Milligan (Tammie) of Holland, Brent Milligan (Sue) of Hudson and Brad Milligan of Hudson; his grandchildren, Abbie Fansler (Lance), Emily Pool (Rufus), Katelyn Milligan (Ryan Boden), Nicole Milligan, Luke Milligan (Leah), Logan Milligan, Taylor Milligan (Cayla), Drew Milligan (Charlye) and Cassee Milligan; his sister Wilma Mowery (Merlin) of Clinton; and his sisters-in-law, Valinda Milligan of Pittsford and Carol Weaver of Hudson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
