She was predeceased by: her son Wayne Capper; and her brothers, Robert Price and Billy Price. She is survived by: her parents, Wilford E. and Estella V. Price (Miller); her spouse Frank Arthur Capper; her daughters, Linda Gutierrez (James) of Hudson and Sarah Salamin (Kevin) of Lakeland; and her grandchildren, Lucas Gutierrez (Kristen) of Hudson, Bryan Gutierrez (Heather Howard) of Lime Lake, Joshua Gutierrez (Jessica Lily) of Hudson, Emily Aungst of Jackson and Aubrey Salamin of Silver Spring.
