She was predeceased by: her parents, Hulda Peterson and Reinhold Peterson; her husband Roger E. Church; her brother Arthur; her sister-in-law Aleta Peterson; and her sisters, Viola Swan, Betty Douglas and Rita Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Lonny Church (Kathy), Joel Church (Pam), Roderick Church (Karen) and Anita MaHoney. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and two great great grandsons.
