Blair (Ruth Blair) and Maxine Morrell Blair; her sisters, Sonya D. Blair-Davis (Kevin Davis) and Kyra L. Spalding; her sons, Rafael Quintero (Amy Quintero), Joel Quintero and Marco Quintero; her brother Momma Chris Barricklow; her grandson Kristopher; and her siblings, Crystal Smith and Tracy Moss. She was also cherished by Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.
Due to the pandemic, no service is planned at present; a celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
