He is survived by: his wife Deb Grebel; his children, Jason Bloomquist (Abby Atkins) of Lansing and Kristin Nelson (Erik) of Okemos; his granddaughter Eliza; his brother Edward Bloomquist; and his brother-in-law David Oatley of Mason.
