He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell David and Beverly David (Devereaux); his brother Doyle David; and his father-in-law James Horn (Jim). He is survived by: his wife Susan David; his children, Lindsey David and Joshua David; his sister Morene Dickman; his mother-in-law Lois Horn (John Arnett); and his siblings-in-law, Jim, Cyndy Horn and Marcia Haigh. He is also survived by 3 nieces, 4 nephews, 3 great-nieces, 3 great-nephews and many other friends.
