He was predeceased by: his parents, James Scarborough and Edna Scarborough (Lynch); his wife Stacia Scarborough; and his siblings, Dolores Reid (Walter), Bernice Scarborough and James Scarborough (Edith).
He is survived by: his sons, Charles II and James (Yolanda); his former wife Merion Scarborough; his brother Alvin Lynch; his cousin Lovie Lynch; his grandchildren, Jyssica, Peter, Andrew, Sarah, Nehe-Miah and James; and his great grandchildren, Harlem and Noelle. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and family.
