He is survived by: his significant other Carmen Palmer; his children, Anthony Palmer-Peterson (Dale), Delan Howard (Angel), Phillip Palmer (Tania), Kevin Palmer and Alexis Underwood; his grandchildren, Delan Howard (Taylor), Jala Howard, Jackson Palmer, Noah Palmer and Aria Underwood; and his siblings, Candance Mathews (David), Ionnie Butler (John), Paulette Myer (Curtis), Renee Palmer, Michael Palmer and Ralph Palmer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
