He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip O. Adams and Mary F. Adams (Jolley); and his sister Phyllis J. Adams. He is survived by: his wife Ruth N. Adams; his children, Betty Hall, Phil Adams, Crystal Cogswell (Marc) and Allen Adams; his grandchildren, Amanda, Lindsey, Joshua, Tony James, Brittany, Robert, Brandon, Austin, Denise, Corinne, Allen Jr. and Sandra; and his siblings, Tom Adams (Kay) and Kathy Lipp. He is also survived by many nieces nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
