He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William O'Neil and Marcella O'Neil (Ouellet); his wife Kathleen O'Neil (Penny); his children, Patrick O'Neil (Laurie), Colleen Pudduck (Kevin), Kellie Malkowski (David), Brian O'Neil (Jenny) and Kevin O'Neil (Marisa); and his grandchildren, Brenden, Danny Pudduck, Darcy, Spencer O'Neil, Nicholas, Zachary, Emma Malkowski, Emilia, Macklin and Liam O'Neil.
