He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy McKinney; and his siblings, James McKinney (Hazel), Bernice (Raymond Pioch) and Gertrude (Bruce Standbury). He is survived by: his children, Janice (Greg White), Gary (Theresa McKinney) and Kevin (Debbie McKinney); his granddaughters, Becky (Joe Mammel), Kellie (Troy Ward), Kari (Jake Sidaway), Jackie McKinney (Ian Dougan) and Amy (Aaron Gabbard); and his great grandchildren, Hailey, Paige, Raegan, Morgan, Mason, Jackson, Rylee and Reed.
When the pandemic hit and visitation was halted, Jack would still go up to the facility and knock on the door to ask the staff to deliver flowers or a card he had brought up there for her and to please tell Nancy that he loved her and missed her.
