He was predeceased by: his parents, James V. Krejcik and Agnes Krejcik (Mason); and his brother Walt Krejcik. He is survived by: his wife Janice Krejcik (Ayers); his sons, James Krejcik Jr. and Jeff Krejcik (Michele); his granddaughters, Taylor and Brooke Krejcik; and his sister Mildred Austin.
