He is survived by: his wife Rita Vander Vliet (Northouse); his children, Joel, Kelly Vander (Hunt), Bethany (Colin Mulder) and Rebecca (Brad Kuipers); his siblings, Vonna Van Wyk (David) and Brad Vander Vliet (Darlene); and his siblings-in-law, Terri Byker (Harlan), Ken Northouse (Cheryl) and Tom Harrington.
