She was predeceased by: her parents, Evert Slot and Helen Van't Slot (Boer). She is survived by: her husband John Witt; her children, Sherry Oegema (Daniel), Larry Witt (Laurie), Rick Witt and Mary Workman (David); her brother Peter Van't Slot (Melinda); her son Kenneth Witt; her daughter-in-law Kathryn Witt; her granddaughters, Melissa Witt and Tillie Witt; and her siblings, Andrew Van't Slot, Jeanetta Lyzenga and Anna Kaarnemaat. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren.
