She was predeceased by: her daughter Lela Scott; and her mother Geneva Vander Vliet. She is survived by: her children, Sheri Sykeo, Rachael, Chan Anouthai, Sidney Atsaphanthong, Aaron Atsaphanthong, Amanda Atsaphanthong, Zoya Atsaphanthong, Joseph Brown and Hannah Brown; and her brother Dan Vander Vliet. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
