He was predeceased by: his siblings, Anne Elzinga and Nelson Jacobs. He is survived by: his daughters, Sue Bakker (Chuck) of Holland, Lynn Stuk of Holland and Jill Ziomec (Bob) of Walled Lake; his grandchildren, Kara Stutzman (Bryan), Aaron Stuk, Alyssa Rapes (Kevin), Aubrey Zoerhof (Cody) and Austin Stuk (Marissa); his great grandchildren, Hudson Rapes, Ellery and Claire Zoerhof; his brothers, Fred Jacobs (Betty) of Holland and Harv Jacobs of Holland; and his siblings-in-law, Joan Jacobs of Denver, Jan Markvluwer of Holland, Rose Vander Vliet of Zeeland and Joyce Steenwyk of Tennessee. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.

Memorial contributions may be given to Graafschap Church, Holland Christian Schools, or Hospice of Holland.
