He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Keech and Ruth Keech (Jamieson); his brother Ray (Wanda Keech); and his siblings-in-law, Warren Plummer, Richard Brockmeier and Sandra Keech.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Keech (Brockmeier); his sons, Randy Keech (Kathie) of Tampa and Kevin Keech (Nan) of Holland; his grandchildren, Paige Holding (Cam) of San Diego and Courtney Bagley (Jake) of Grand Rapids; his siblings, Roger Keech (Mary Lou) of St. Louis, Marlene Plummer of Caledonia and Sharon Keech of Bay City; and his sister-in-law Helen Brockmeier. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
