He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Gretchen Petroelje (Ben) of Holland and Matthew Michael Annett of Holland; his grandchildren, Taylor, Ashley Williams, Emerson and Makenzie Petroelje; and his sister Marcia Wade (Mark) of Lexington, KY..
