He is survived by: his wife Ruth Lanser; his children, Cheryl (David Koeman), Jere Lanser, Mary (Tom Welling) and Steve Lanser; and his grandchildren, Missy, Chris Arendshorst, Kirk, Katie Koeman, Angel, Brent DeWulf, Amy, Jeremy James, Joshua, Christina Welling, Ryan, Rachelle Welling, Alex Lanser, Elizabeth, Will DeGarmo and Adam Lanser. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions in Marv's honor may be given to Faith Hospice or Positive Options.
