He is survived by: his wife Christine Steggerda; his children, Jeff (Kristen) of Michigan City, James of Holland and Russell of Holland; his stepson Keith Van Dam (Jenny); his grandson Scott (Cyndi) of Alaska; and his siblings, Kim (Jan) of Holland and Eddie Fail (Carol) of Florida.
