She is survived by: her husband Harold Jay Courtright Sr.; her sons, Harold "Jay" Courtright Jr. of Zeeland, Timothy Courtright and Jackie Geegan of Tennessee; her grandchildren, Trent, Meredith and Davis Courtright; her siblings, Jann Nestell (Mike) of Williamston, MI, John Hoekje (Brooke) of DeWitt, MI, Jane Chorley of Laingsburg, MI, Jeff Hoekje (Wendy) of Georgia, Joan Nowinski (Jerry) of East Lansing and Jean Beetle (Brian) of Seattle, WA; her mother-in-law Marian Courtright; and her sisters-in-law, Pat Burgess and Cindy Ekkens (Mike).
