With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Henne Smeenge of Holland, Michigan, born in Decatur, Michigan, who passed away on March 1, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband George; her parents, Lawrence Broekhuizen and Alice Broekhuizen (Hammingh); her brother Larry Broekhuizen; and her siblings-in-law, Dick Geenen, Jerome Bush, Margery, Gordon Vork, Ruth and Carl Nyboer.
She is survived by: her children, Debra, Brad Kraai, Cindy Watts, Steve and Lauren Smeenge; her grandchildren, Sarah Kraai, Lisa Kraai, Ethan Rice, Christopher, Stephanie Watts, Nicholas, Amanda Watts, Derek, Cabrey Watts, Kyle Smeenge and Kiera Smeenge; her great grandchildren, Archer, Henley, Piper, Collin, Ada, Rosalynn, Evelyn, Henry and Louise; her sisters, Ann Geenen, Gerri Bush and Vicki Broekhuizen; and her brother-in-law Paul (June Smeenge). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
