He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Adrian Hill and Nella Vander Hill; his wife Mary Wolters; his siblings, Mary Dwyer (Jim) and Jack Vander Hill (Hilda); his sisters-in-law, Dorthy Vliem and Dorthy Wolters; and his children, Joy Welch (John), Scott Vander Hill (Valisa), Dean Vander Hill (Kim), Dan Vander Hill (Kristi) and Jon Vander Hill (Sarah). He was also cherished by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to Holland Christian Schools and Overisel CRC.
