He was predeceased by: his parents, John Steenwyk and Esther Steenwyk of Overisel; and his siblings, Arloa (Bill Kolean), Jerry (Betty Steenwyk), David Steenwyk and Linda Steenwyk.
He is survived by: his siblings, Helen (Peter Hart), John (Deborah Steenwyk), Bob (Jane Steenwyk), Ed (Maureen Steenwyk), Diane Steenwyk, NJ, Laura VanderTuig, Larry Steenwyk, Debra Meyaard and Sandra (Jack VerMerris); his uncle Ed; and his aunt Rita Steenwyk of Hudsonville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations could be made in Calvin's honor to Wings of Hope.
