He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Halleck and Theresa Halleck (Aikens); and his wife Patricia Wisniewski. He is survived by: his sons, Chris Halleck (Dawn) of Gaylord, Matt Halleck (Melissa) of Alpena and Jess Halleck (Ashley Rhode) of Rogers City; his grandchildren, Madison, Sofia, Charlie, Lola and Fiona; and his siblings, Kim, Gay, Lynn Marie, Bette Jo, Christine, Jan, Mark and Barry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Bill's name may be made to Huron Humane Society or Tunnels to Towers.
