He is survived by: his family, Nadine, Stephen and David; his wife Janet Strohschein; his children, Nadine Varley, Stephen (Kelley) and David Strohschein (Angela); his grandchildren, Chuck, Roy, Max, Kyle, Zach, Sean, Brendan, Dillon, Elise, Anna and Romeo; his great grandchildren, Jenna, Joylynn, Cadence, Aurelia and Ozma; his sister Elsie Sauer; and his sisters-in-law, Verna Jean Strohschein, Eleanor Strohschein and Verla Strohschein.
Interment: Montmorency Township Cemetery, In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. John Lutheran Church preschool in Royston, Michigan.
