He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Oliver Zeigler and Dorothy Jackson Zeigler; his siblings, Johnny (Theta), Charles, Yulonda (Rayfield), LaRose, Carolyn (Jerome), Linda Gail (Larry), Llewellyn, Dennis (Latasha), Angela (Norman) and Jacqueline (Tony); his former spouse Arthuretta Kirkland; his wife Retta; his sons, Jimmy Oliver Zeigler II, Jeffrey Owen Zeigler (Kenya) and Jason Omar Zeigler (Jana); and his grandchildren, Jason Oliver Zeigler, Noah Elijah Zeigler, Owen Christopher Zeigler, Tyler Rianne Zeigler, Ella Marie Zeigler, Abigail Lynn Zeigler, Isaiah Cole Zeigler and Maya Quinn Zeigler. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, in-laws and extended family.
