He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Henry and Illa May Dodge (Kidner); his wife Gloria Thompson; his children, Richard "Dusty" Dodge, Jr., David Dodge and Maria Mahoney; and his siblings, Lewis "Sonny" Dodge, James Dodge and Bernadine Rupright.
He is survived by: his sons, Gerald Dodge (Jolene), Tim Dodge and Sean Dodge (Angel); and his daughter-in-law Shirley Dodge. He is also survived by several grandchildren; and many nieces & nephews.
